  1. Do I have to purchase bins/containers/product? - You do not have to purchase containers for The House of Order to organize your space. We recognize each client will have specific needs which they might not desire containers. We do however typically recommend containers for flawless and maintainable organizational system.

  2. What is a good budget for containers? - Anywhere from $100+. It really depends on the client’s budget goals and project size.

  3. Will I approve my containers? - Absolutely! In Step-2 (proposal) of our process, we send a detailed list of each container with images and pricing.

  4. What is your hourly rate? - The House of Order charges $120 per hour per two organizers.

  5. Do you offer military, teacher, and first responder discounts? Yes, we do! Be sure to mention it during our consultation!

  6. Do you take care of items I’d like donated or trashed? - Yep! We take your items to the place of your choice free of charge.

  7. Do you offer moving services? - Yes, we do! Please send us an inquiry by clicking here.

  8. Do you offer gift cards? - Yes, we do! Please send us an inquiry if you are interested in purchasing a gift card.

  9. Is there an hour minimum for booking? Yes, we have a two-hour minimum for our services and gift cards.

  10. Do you guys install new closet systems? - Absolutely!
